Heart To Heart Services, Inc. is the only homemaker vendor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from Vero Beach South through West Palm Beach. When a Veteran qualifies for our homemaker services and the request is put in to the Authorization Department at the VA in West Palm Beach through the veteran’s social worker, we receive the authorization and begin services right away. We are paid directly by the VA.
Wherever the veteran’s social worker is located, whether in the Treasure Coast or in West Palm Beach, the social worker should have us in their data base as a homemaker provider, along with the various home health providers that are vendors for the VA that are use for skilled and unskilled nursing.
We provide the custodial care that improves quality of life. Cooking, cleaning, shopping, errands, escort to and from appointments, social outings, etc. Please feel free to visit our website and contact your VA social worker if you feel you need our homemaker services.
